Déjà Vu offers a stress-free shopping environment, tailored to the customers' needs - whether looking to buy a complete outfit, hire a party dress or choose an accessory or jewellery gift for a friend.

In addition to the set hours, Christine offers evening openings by appointment. She's also happy to play hostess to groups of ladies who want to shop out of hours. Alternatively Déjà Vu can host an accessories party at the customer's house.

Many customers will bring in an item that they wish to work into an outfit. If Christine has nothing suitable in stock, she will try to source the perfect complementary pieces. Customers are invited to have a coffee while discussing their requirements. An alterations and gift-wrapping service is also available.

Déjà Vu's client database* is used to notify customers when their favoured labels arrive in-store or announce the arrival of a new range of accessories. Loyal customers will also be invited to in-store parties and promotional events.
